Cat’s Claw, or Uncaria tomentosa, is a climbing vine with a naturally complex alkaloid profile, including pentacyclic and tetracyclic oxindole alkaloids. Our approach focuses on those naturally occurring compounds, extracting and concentrating select botanical alkaloids into a more defined formulation. Within Homiez Botanicals, Cat’s Claw serves as the foundation of the blend, providing the primary botanical base around which the rest of the formula is built.
